Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password, stored only as a one-way hash) and the content you create (trips, stops, budgets, comments). We record basic activity, such as who edited what, so collaborators can see changes.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, sync your trips across devices, and let people you invite collaborate. We do not sell your personal data.

AI features

When you use AI planning, the trip prompt you submit is sent to the provider you select. Local providers (Ollama, MLX) run on the server you control. Cloud providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Moonshot) process the prompt under their own terms. We never include your password or other credentials in AI requests.

Sharing

Trip content is visible to members you invite to that trip. We use service providers for hosting and storage who process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can edit your trips at any time and delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your account and the trips you own. Contact us to request a copy of your data.
